A penthouse which spans over 10,000 square feet, spanning the top floors of the yet-to-be built St. Regis Residences in Miami hit the market Monday for $45 million.

The sprawling home is one of just two upper penthouse residences within the development from the upscale hospitality brand, and the only one currently available, according to a news release.

With its living spaces on the 48th and 49th floors and a roof deck at the summit of the 50-story tower, the five-bedroom apartment will have “incomparable views” of Biscayne Bay and the surrounding Brickell neighborhood, according to the developer.
