The Beckhams splurge on an $80 Million Miami Mansion
October 10, 2024 - Miami
David and Victoria Beckham are set to splurge on an $80 million mansion in Miami Beach, according to the architecture firm that designed the home.
Motte rebuilt the property with Choeff Levy Fischman Architecture and Design to a 14,270 square-foot, two-story home before listing it on the market in 2022 for eightfold what he paid.
With a pool and a waterfall in its entryway, and a central courtyard pool reflecting the towering house, the architects leaned heavily into the property’s nature—124 feet of water frontage.
Ipe wood, perlato marble, dark bronze frames and metal accents were used to create a modern, tropical feel.
Three bedrooms, including the primary suite, offer views of Biscayne Bay, while most rooms in the have a view of the surrounding ponds.
Inside the home is a gym, spa, chef’s kitchen and a movie theater. A rooftop deck, al fresco dining area, outdoor kitchen and floor-to-ceiling windows blend the indoor and outdoor spaces, while sabal palm trees shroud the windows for privacy.
A drive away from the stadium where David Beckham’s team Inter Miami FC plays, the property is said to anchor the pair further in South Florida.
