Soccer superstar Lionel Messi in contract to purchase four units at the Cipriani Residences Miami condominium, including one slated to sell for around $7.5 million.

The unit slated to sell for about $7.5 million has four bedrooms and measures about 3,500 square feet. Details about the other units couldn’t be learned.

Sales launched in 2022 at the Cipriani Residences Miami, which has a total of 397 units. Amenities will include two pools and a residents-only restaurant, speakeasy and catering. The building is currently under construction, with closings expected in 2028.
