A NYC Soho penthouse at 285 Lafayette St., which shared a floor with that of the late rock icon David Bowie and his supermodel wife Iman, has sold for $14.95 million — down from its initial ask of $19.99 million in October 2022.

The seller, Leslie Ziff, an ex-wife of billionaire heir Dan Ziff, bought the residence for a higher $20.86 million in 2017 via an anonymous shell company.

The six-bedroom home is a roomy 5,350 square feet and comes with around 2,000 square feet of outdoor space across two private terraces, including one that was separated from Bowie and Iman’s former home by a row of planted bamboo.
