The building will have an outdoor communal swimming pool on the roof with a solarium area.The two pillars on which this project is built are the spaciousness of the dwellings and the delicate landscape and environmental harmony that has been pursued from the beginning, considering the common garden areas as an extension of the natural environment that surrounds it.The building has a garage for vehicle access with an automatic door operated by remote control. The garage and storage rooms are accessed directly from the elevator, through lobbies. The garages will have a pvc channel with cover and separating partition for future installation of electric vehicle recharging. The storage rooms will be painted and the floor will be tiled with stoneware tiles.
