A property with many uses, on a hill, in a panoramic position offering a spectacular view on the Lake Trasimeno from which it is only about 1.5km away, it grants privacy but is not isolated, perfect to realize a farm with great development possibilities, but also as a private country house with the possibility of extension and/or construction of a wellness center, swimming pool or anything else.
