Harmers Hill House is situated in Newick, a village known for its pretty village green and thriving community, which provides a number of facilities and amenities including a primary school, village shop, newsagent with Post Office, pharmacy, bakery, three public houses, café, restaurant and a health centre. Uckfield (five miles), Haywards Heath (seven miles) and Lewes (nine miles) all offer an extensive range of shops and further facilities.

Description

Understood to date from around 1820, Harmers Hill House is a very attractive late Georgian detached house, situated in the sought-after village of Newick. Whilst benefitting from remaining unlisted, the house boasts elegant period features typical of the era including elevations of part-painted red brick with the original sash windows under a hipped slate roof, an elegant veranda extending across the southern side, and a number of both working and feature fireplaces. The house is well-presented with stylish décor in keeping with the period of the house, and benefits from the addition of a detached studio and a timber-framed detached garage and workshop.

The full extent of the accommodation is arranged over three floors (including the cellar), the full extent and layout of which can be seen on the floor plan.
