Description

This charming period Coach House was converted into what you see today in 2012. Lovingly looked after by the current owners, there is lots of character all the way through the house.

The entrance hallway is a spacious area, semi open with the landing above. On the ground floor the large open plan living space provides a dining, study and TV area with doors and full height windows opening onto the garden. A feature central fireplace provides a focal point.

The kitchen is fitted with a range of wall and base units, opening into a utility room. A snug towards the back of the house leads into a fitted study, which enjoys garden views. The snug could be used as an additional bedroom as just off the hall is a guest shower room.

Moving upstairs, there are three double bedrooms with a family bathroom.

Outside, to the front of the house is a pretty, gated courtyard parking area for a couple of cars. The garden offers much interest with some carefully chosen trees and shrubs providing a wonderful summer oasis. At the bottom of the garden there is a garage and store shed.
