Location

The Square Green is set beside the St Andrews Bowling Club, immediately to the south of the Kinness Burn which designates central St Andrews. It is 0.4 miles walk from the middle of town by footbridges over the Kinness Burn which connect to Queens Gardens and South Street in the centre of town.

St Andrews is renowned worldwide as the Home of Golf. There are now seven golf courses under the management of the St Andrews Links Trust, including the world-famous Old Course which played host to the 150th Open Championship in 2022. There are many other golf courses nearby including The Duke's Course, two courses at Fairmont St Andrews, Kingsbarns and Dumbarnie.

St Andrews is well known for its university which is one of the oldest in Britain, founded in 1413. The historic town has an excellent range of independent stores, hotels, restaurants and cultural facilities which include a cinema and the Byre Theatre.

Leuchars railway station is on the main Aberdeen to London line and provides a link to Edinburgh and a sleeper service to London. Dundee Airport offers flights to London Heathrow, and Edinburgh Airport is only 50 miles away.

The Square Green is a development of 17 contemporary apartments built in 2017. It is a three storey, modern building with penthouses above. Flat 2 is situated on the ground floor, with its own private garden and is accessed by a secure entry system.   

The flat has an open plan living space with kitchen, sitting room and dining area with bi-fold doors which lead onto steps to the garden. Directions

Entering St Andrews on the A91 turn right onto City Road (A915) and proceed south over the roundabout, past the service station and down Bridge Street. Take the first left turn onto Kinnessburn Road. The Square Green is halfway along on the right-hand side. Turn into the courtyard and the parking for Flat 2 is on the left.
