The Roman town of Cirencester is often referred to as the Capital of the Cotswolds and, being at the intersection of the Fosse Way and Ermin Way, it is extremely accessible. Bramley Lane has a secluded position tucked away off the Somerford Road, on the western edge of town, walkable to the Market Place as well as footpaths leading towards Siddington and Ewen.

More extensive shopping, leisure and educational facilities can be found in Cheltenham and Oxford, including Cheltenham College and Cheltenham Ladies, Wycliffe and Rencomb, the latter easily accessed via the Cheltenham Road. There are further good schooling options locally in both the state and private sector, including Deer Park and Kingshill secondary schools in Cirencester, as well as Hatherop Castle, Beaudesert and Westonbirt.

A good range of sporting opportunities in the area include various golf courses, racing at Cheltenham, sailing and watersports within the Cotswold Water Park, polo at Westonbirt and Cirencester Park and a number of high-profile equestrian events including Badminton Horse Trials.

Communications are first class with a direct service from Kemble (approximately four miles) to London Paddington taking approximately 75 minutes. Both the M4 and M5 are easily accessible via the A417/A419 dual carriageways. All mileages are approximate.

From the Savills Cirencester office head west on the Market Place and take the first right onto North Way/South Way. At the crossroads, turn right onto Lewis Lane/Querns Lane and follow the road to the T-junction. Turn left onto Sheep Street, which becomes Somerford Road, and continue for almost a mile. The turning to Bramley Lane will be on the right-hand side; Bramley House is on the far left.
