The property's garden (about 4,600 sqm.) is well-maintained and houses a clay tennis court and a spectacular 18 × 8 m infinity pool, as well as large gravel portions that can easily be used as parking.

The backbone of the winery is the organic vineyard registered as Alta Langa DOCG (1.8 ha), Langhe DOC (0.9 ha) and Moscato d'Asti DOCG (1.8 ha).
