Discover the city of Cote-St-Luc

commonly known as CSL, is a residential neighbourhood situated in the west end of Montreal. The City of Côte Saint-Luc is the third-largest municipality on the island of Montreal. Its sports and recreation programs, aquatic centre, 29 parks, and one of the leading municipal public libraries in Quebec make it an attractive residential community in the west end.

Cote-St-Luc is one of the few municipalities in Montreal that has its own Emergency Medical Services (EMS), which is an all-volunteer service that provides superior quality pre-hospital emergency medical care to the residents of and visitors to Côte Saint-Luc.

Cote St Luc is served by a variety of STM bus lines, which link the city to Villa Maria, Vendome, and Plamondon metro stations.

----- Rental Obligations of Lessee

1. Lessee shall be approved by the Lessor prior to signing of the Régie du Logement lease - The lessee shall undergo a full credit check, previous landlord references, proof of employment.

2. Tenant liability insurance for a minimum of 2 million dollars coverage required, proof to be provided at lease signing & before occupancy.

3. NO SMOKING of any kind (tobacco/cannabis or other) permitted in the property, no growing of any marijuana plants or illegal substances.

4. No short term rentals of any kind (inc. Airbnb)

5. No painting permitted without the Lessor's prior consent

6. Lessee shall agree to let the real estate broker continue to show the property for sale with a minimum of 48hr notice.

Section 16 of the Regulation respecting brokerage requirements, professional conduct of brokers and advertising provides as follows:

"A licence holder representing a party must as soon as possible inform all unrepresented parties that the holder has an obligation to protect and promote the interests of the party represented and to act towards all other parties in a fair and equitable manner. »
