Geralds Close is a quiet, no-through road situated just off the Wragby Road in a leafy area to the east of central Lincoln. Locally there are plenty of amenities including tennis and squash courts, allotments, pubs and convenience stores. The city centre is about one mile away and superstore shopping can be found on the Wragby Road about 0.3 of a mile to the east.

Local schooling includes the well-respected independent Lincoln Minster schools (approx 0.6 miles away). Lincoln Christ’s Hospital comprehensive and St Peter in Eastgate CofE Infant School.

For commuters, Lincoln’s mainline train station has a direct train to London (Kings Cross from 120 minutes) and there are also good road links via A46, A15 and A57 to motorways including M180, M18, M62, A1(M) and M1.
