Hawkins Farm Barn is situated on the outskirts of the mid Suffolk village of Mendlesham Green a quiet hamlet approximately 1 mile from Mendlesham village which offers a range of local amenities including a parish church, 2 public houses, post office/store and health centre.

There is a good range of schooling opportunities available in the area with the independent schools Framlingham College & Culford being approximately 16 miles and 23 miles away respectively. The A140 lies about 1.5 miles from the property and the town of Stowmarket just 5 miles to the south, with a direct rail service to London Liverpool Street from 85 minutes.

Description
