There are fully equipped wine and olive oil production facilities, wine tasting salon with industrial kitchen, offices, and a beautiful period farmhouse. A small staff house is located on the driveway.

The certified organic farm is fully irrigated from it's own independent water source (spring fed lake) as well as having municipal water.
