Phoenix House is ideally situated in the vibrant heart of Elie, offering easy access to a variety of local shops and amenities. Within a short walk of about 0.3 miles, you'll find Elie Beach, renowned for its golden sands and scenic beauty as well as the famous Ship Inn, a beloved local pub known for its welcoming atmosphere and delicious food. The gates to Elie House are along the High Street to the east, with the Elie Estate offering lovely opportunities for countryside walks.

Elie boasts one of the finest sandy beaches in Scotland. Sailing and other water sports are available at Elie Harbour and there are two golf courses, one the acclaimed 18-hole course and a short 9-hole course suitable for beginners. There are also golf practice facilities, several hard tennis courts, two padel courts and a bowling green. Elie Sports Club offers group and individual coaching in golf and tennis during school holidays. The village is well served with pubs and cafés and the nearby Peat Inn is one of Scotland's most acclaimed restaurants.   

Elie is in the East Neuk of Fife, famed for its picturesque fishing villages and unspoilt beaches. St Andrews, 'the home of golf' and the setting for one of Britain's oldest universities, is only 13 miles away. There are traditional links golf courses at nearby Crail, Leven and Lundin Links and new courses at Kingsbarns and St Andrews Bay. Edinburgh is around 46 miles away accessed by road, or from the nearest train station at Leuchars which is around 16 miles to the north of Elie.

Description

Phoenix House is a stunning duplex apartment located in the heart of Elie, on the popular High Street. This spacious property spans two floors and boasts a large private garden at the rear. Aside from the existing stone façade, the house was compete re-built in 2018/19, to include a new roof, with the accommodation finished to a high standard throughout.
