Bourtree House is at the end of a long tarred drive, some distance off a rural lane, surrounded by farmland. Portlethen (approx 1 mile ) is served by three primary schools and a secondary school. There is a nearby retail park, good public transport links with both regular bus and rail services and a wide range of sporting and recreational attractions, including a local community centre, swimming pool and 18 hole golf course. It is particularly convenient for commuting to the commercial centres of Altens and Tullos with easy access to the main arterial route to the north and south.

Bourtree House is a magnificent six bedroom country house situated 7 miles south of Aberdeen. The extensive granite and slate steading was converted by the seller in 2010 to an exceptional standard and is arranged in a quadrangle around a beautiful central courtyard.
