"Landlord selection criteria includes: Credit or tenant screening score of a minimum of 650 or more, applications for all adults 18+ to include credit, background, along with employment & income verification. Criminal background, Income must be 2x's rent. Will consider 1 dog per under 25lbs. Renters insurance is required. No smoking. Listing agent will provide a link for application/credit check. Unless the tenant provides a recent screening report within 30 days. The landlord prefers a one year lease starting April 15. Applicants should visit in person.
