Description

Wonderful chalet in the heart of the old village, just 100 meters from the ski slopes. The property is bathed in natural light due to its south-facing orientation and numerous windows and glass doors, and benefits from views of Solaise and Bellevarde.

Having been very recently built, the chalet is modern with high-end finishes throughout and has been designed with lots of old wood. There are five en-suite bedrooms, including a principal suite, spread across four levels. All levels are accessible by an elevator.

In the lower level there is a wellness area with indoor pool and hammam. A ski room and outdoor parking space complete the property.

Due to it's outstanding condition, facilities and location the chalet has a very strong track record of rental income.
