OTHER CONDITIONS: * Lessee shall provide satisfactory credit references & proof of employment * Lessee's liability insurance of minimum $2 million coverage required, proof to be provided at lease signing & before occupancy and upon every renewal. * No smoking (tobacco or cannabis) * No pets * Tenant is not allowed to sub-lease or lease transfer without written permission from Landlord, no Airbnb * No painting without consent of the landlord * If applicable, the cost of repairing any damages other than regular wear-and-tear of the premises shall be paid by the LESSEE
