LOCATION & SITUATION
The site is located within the popular rural village of Low Etherley, with direct roadside access and countryside views. It is less than 3 miles from the historic market town of Bishop Auckland.

It has excellent commuter routes, just off the A68 which runs north to south, as well as ideal transport links to the region’s major cities. This Outline Planning consent will allow a developer the ability to complete reserved matters to their own specification and design. In accordance with condition 8, are port including commentary on potential abnormal cost for drilling and grouting has been prepared with a budget estimate of £60,000 may be necessary to treat the site by probe drilling and consolidation grouting.
