The Brambles is located in Ellerdine Heath; a small hamlet outside the village of Ellerdine, a charming and idyllic village and surrounded by beautiful countryside. It has a strong community, with local events throughout the year such as, a summer fete, a Christmas market and a village show.

Ellerdine is situated just 6 miles north of the market town of Wellington. There is a train station here with links to the north and south. Taking approximately 2 hours 22 minutes to London Euston, 48 minutes to Birmingham New Street, 1 hour 8 minutes to Birmingham International (airport), and 1 hour 16 minutes to Chester.

There are many well regarded schools nearby in both the state and independent sector, such as High Ercall Primary School about 4.8 miles, Crudgington Primary School around 4 miles away, and Wrekin College around 9.1 miles away. Ellerdine is also well placed for commuting to Manchester and Chester via the A41 and M6.

The county town of Shrewsbury is around 12.8 miles from Ellerdine and has a wider range of amenities, including supermarkets, restaurants, independent and high street shops the Theatre Severn and the Quarry Park. You can enjoy the countryside here by taking a walk or bike ride around The Quarry Park and the River Severn.

The Brambles is a beautiful barn which was converted in 2023, into a stunning family home, situated in a beautiful setting down a private gravel driveway. The hallway to the right of the kitchen has stunning exposed beams above, and provides access into the spacious utility with plenty of units, a sink and space for a washing machine and a tumble dryer.

There are two double bedrooms on this floor, both with French doors leading onto the patio and courtyard and both with ensuite shower rooms with touchscreen illuminated mirrors. This part of the house could work well for multi-generational living.

Flowing back down the hallway and past the kitchen, leads to a beautiful open plan dining/living room with two sets of French doors leading out onto the patio and garden.

There is beautiful countryside surrounding The Brambles, offering a secluded, peaceful feeling with quiet all around except the sound of the fantastic wildlife. Two sets of French doors lead out of the living room onto the paved patio where there is space for alfresco dining.

The garden is mostly laid to lawn with planted borders. A gate at the end of the garden leads onto a private driveway for residents, and overlooks the 25 acre woodland area which has a public footpath within. There is an electric vehicle charging point to the front, just across from the spacious garage, which has an electric door and plenty of storage space.
