The New Barn is located off a private drive on the edge of Long Marston at the foot of the Chilterns, designated an 'Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty' with local amenities such as the Grand Union Canal and Tring reservoirs close by.

Long Marston hosts a C of E Primary and Nursery School with Aylesbury Grammar and High Schools accessible. The larger towns of Tring (about 4 miles) and Aylesbury (about 8 miles) both provide multiple shopping facilities and amenities together with stations, Euston Line and Chiltern Line respectively for the London commuter.

Description
