Sotheby's Int. Realty Czech Republic offers for sale Levín horse farm, located in the middle of beautiful nature near Prague, which has become famous in the last 20 years thanks to its horse racing stable and its considerable successes all over the world.


The farm area originally dates from the 15th century, when it served as a farm building. It underwent major reconstruction in 1999-2000 in order to meet the then highest demands for horse breeding and training. In 2007, a stable with 33 boxes was added and now the total capacity of the farm is up to 73 horses. Today, the operation operates in the form of a biofarm, with the possibility of drawing state subsidies. The area includes, among other things, an inclined racetrack, an off-road training track with a surface of sand and crushed rubber, a unique swimming pool for horses, solarium for horses, two horse trainers and extensive paddocks and pastures.


The farm also has accommodation. The main residential building includes an owner's apartment for 4 people with an outdoor pool, sauna, wine cellar and a lounge with seating for up to 30 people. There is also accommodation for guests with a capacity of up to 15 people.


In the second residential building, there are 2 separate apartments that accommodate 6 people, and a dormitory with a total capacity of up to 10 people, which served mainly for the needs of trainers and property manager.


Thanks to good accessibility from Prague, the undulating landscape and unobstructed views of the surroundings, it was also a popular location for organizing corporate and social events, including the 5 years of the Prague Polo Cup horse field tournament.


In 2010, an electricity production plant was established on the farm, a photovoltaic power plant with an installed capacity of 133 KW and a license for 25 years.
