Description

This wonderful villa is located in a quiet residential area of Alcudia, close to the golf course and was recently modernised in 2018 to create a modern yet cosy home.

The house is situated in the middle of it's garden surrounded by trees and native plants. We enter the house through an entrance hall which connects to the living/dining room with an open plan kitchen and both are connected to the covered terrace. From the entrance hall to the right we find three bedrooms (plus another room which is currently used as a dressing room) and two bathrooms (one of them en suite). The property is very bright and the sea can be seen from almost every room.

On the lower floor there is a large room with an independent entrance from the garden, which could be adapted for different uses.

The property has ducted hot/cold air conditioning, parking space for several cars, a side pedestrian exit to access the stairs leading to the sea.

Furthermore, the construction of a swimming pool is planned, although a building licence has not been applied for.
