Alternative dormitory housing located within walking distance of NJIT, Rutgers Newark and Essex County Community College; South Orange Avenue bus to Seton Hall University. All utilities (electric, gas, heat and water) and WI-FI included as well as free access to washer/dryer located in the basement. Facilities on the 1st floor include a Lounge/Entertainment area, Full Kitchen and access to the backyard patio area. A Quiet Room for studying is located on the 2nd floor. This room, located on the 2nd floor, is a Double that includes 2 loft beds, 2 desks, 2 chairs and 2 closets. It can be shared with another student for a discounted rate of $1250/month. Shared bathrooms (toilet, shower and sink) on the 2nd and 3rd floors. Current Student ID is required. In order to maintain lower costs, the tenants are required to maintain the common areas; supplies are provided. Building residents must adhere to the rules of the fraternity charter; rules will be available for review. Fraternity membership is not required.
