Vue du Nord, designed and built by the current owner, offers spacious accommodation in a traditional Caribbean open plan style four bedroom villa. You enter the villa through the gardens into an open plan entrance hall leading through to the living, kitchen and indoor dining area on the left side and bedrooms and a shared house bathroom on the right side. The master bedroom features a king sized bed and has double doors leading onto a large covered veranda with sea views. There is a large wet room/shower room with double vanity behind with a separate w.c. The remaining three double bedrooms share a family bathroom and are located towards the rear of the home.

The property features two one bedroom guest cottages located in the gardens. One has been used for many years as the owner's business office and has direct access to the street outside. The other had been used as additional accommodation. Both of the cottages are wooden constructions in a traditional Caribbean style with one having a covered veranda.

The property is supplied with APUA electricity and water, with additional fresh water cistern storage and also has a standby generator. There is generous storage space running down one side of the property also housing the laundry.
