The house sits next to the famous Highgate Cemetery has two distinct facades; the side facing the cemetery is mostly glazed, while the street-facing elevation is fabricated from black granite, translucent glass and black steel panels. There are spectacular views from the expansive terrace of the cemetery, Waterlow Park and the City skyline beyond.

This award winning concrete framed house built by Eldridge Smerin is set over four floors, and topped by a sliding glass roof.
