The land was once part of Blairston Mains Farm near Ayr, however following the development of the farmhouse and building our vendors purchased the bare land in 2016. It is located off the B7024, approximately 4 miles south of Ayr.

Description

The subjects comprise a ring fenced block of farmland extending to approximately 130.7 acres (52.9 hectares) in total and ranging from 24 metres to 93 metres above sea level. Access - The land is accessed directly from the B7024 and thereafter via a private road. This road forms part of the sale with rights of access in favour of the residential dwellings, with maintenance on a user basis.

Services - We understand that there is a mains water connection which feeds troughs within the field enclosures.
