Brattleby is a historic village situated about 7.3 miles north of central Lincoln, with amenities found 0.9 miles away in the village of Scampton including a primary school, church and public house.

Superstore and high street shopping available in the city of Lincoln. The city also has a magnificent cathedral, historic Bailgate area and a mainline train station with a direct train to London (Kings Cross from 120 minutes).

The A57 west provides access out onto the A1 at Markham Moor and access to Sheffield, while Brattleby is just west of the A15 for fast commuting into Lincoln and The North. There are many well respected schools in Lincoln including the independent Lincoln Minster Senior School.
