The home will be available as a monthly rental or weekly as follows: $4000 for May 24-31: May31-June 28 is $4450/week; June 28 -Sept13 is $6300 per week. Utilities are an additional $150/week and end of stay cleaning is $300. For monthly stays the actual gas, electric, water and cable to be deducted from security deposit.
