7 Guthrie Place is set in a secluded lane reached by a pend from Market Street. It is in the heart of St Andrews set amongst the bars, cafés, restaurants and characterful shops. It is well placed for the university and for access to The West Sands Beach and the Old Course.

St Andrews is renowned worldwide as the 'Home of Golf'. There are now seven golf courses under the management of the St Andrews Links Trust, including the world-famous Old Course which played host to the 150th Open Championship in 2022. Leuchars railway station is on the main Aberdeen to London line and provides a link to Edinburgh and a sleeper service to London. Dundee Airport offers flights to London Heathrow, and Edinburgh Airport is only 50 miles away.

No 7 has its own entrance door to the front of the building.

The pend to Guthrie Place is between the shop at 129 Market Street and Starbucks Coffee at 127 Market Street. This leads to a cobbled lane. No 7 is half way along on the right hand side.
