Location

Rotherwick is a quiet, pretty Hampshire village within which are two public houses, a village hall, church, and the highly regarded Whitewater Primary School. Rotherwick Recreation Ground houses a playground, cricket pitch and tennis courts for a friendly point of community intersection.

Hook (around 2 miles) provides a good range of daily shopping facilities, and is reachable via car or by foot across the attractive fields in between. These footpaths also take you to Tylney Park Golf Course, or into the gardens of the 4 star Tylney Hall Hotel.

Hartley Whitney (around 4 miles) provides more day to day facilities, or there is a more extensive range of shopping facilities available in Basingstoke and Reading.

The A30 and M3 (Junction 5) and the M4 (Junction 11) provide a fast road access to London, Heathrow, Gatwick and the national motorway network. There are mainline stations at Winchfield and Hook and both providing services to London Waterloo within an hour.

Educational needs are well served, being within catchment of Robert Mays School in Odiham and close to a number of independent schools including Wellesley College, St Neots, Yateley Manor and Lord Wandsworth College.
