Location

The village of Kintore is particularly popular with families and benefits from a wide range of local amenities. The village has an 18-hole golf course with clubhouse, a hotel, library, post office, doctors' surgery and dentist. The beautiful Church provides frequent coffee mornings, and a venue for many clubs, taking an active role in the community. There are a number of shops including Dossett Butchers, Hummingbird Café, a Sainsburys Local and a Co-op. There are two primary schools and secondary education is at the nearby Kemnay Academy. Kintore railway station provides easy access to both Aberdeen City Centre and Inverness. Other amenities include tennis courts, a cricket club, a bowling club, pipe band and community centre. Kintore also hosts an annual gala.

Description

Torburn House is a spacious, modern family home in a private setting in the delightful village of Kintore.
