Tower Farm is located on the outskirts of the popular town of Llangollen within the spectacular Dee Valley. The centre of Llangollen is nearby, from which many popular tourist attractions and local amenities can be accessed.

The Pontcysyllte Aqueduct and Canal UNESCO World Heritage Site runs through Llangollen and the entrance to the Llangollen Pavilion, which hosts the annual Llangollen International Musical Eisteddfod, is located only 30 yards from the property.

The town is well situated for accessing the many attractions of North Wales, including the surrounding Clwydian Range and Dee Valley AONB, Snowdonia National Park, and the North Wales coast.

The commercial centres of Wrexham, Chester and Shrewsbury are reached via the A5 & A483 and offer an excellent range of retail and commercial services, a range of schools and access to the rail network. Liverpool airport is 48 miles away.

The property is approached from Tower Road via electric gates opening onto a gravel drive leading the farmstead comprising the following.

To the west of the farmstead is a field utilised as a camping site.
