Description

The Spindles, created by the current owners 28 years ago, is one of two barns converted beside the historic Dead Oak in Prescott. The story is that King John handed pardons out beneath this tree, giving name to this hamlet and also John Wesley preached under it at the start of the Methodist movement, hence its alternative name of The Wesley Oak.
