St Margaret's at Cliffe lies about 2 miles inland from the coast and St Margaret's Bay with its pretty shingle beach, cafe and The Coastguard pub. Leisure facilities include fishing, sailing and other watersports and wonderful picturesque coastal walks and inland trails. Good local amenities in the area include a village shop, Ofsted Outstanding Primary school, historic church, public house, St. Margaret's Museum and The Pines Garden Tea Room.
