Cookham village boasts a wonderful community, glorious rolling countryside and a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The village is situated on the banks of the River Thames and the Thames Path follows the river through the town providing a scenic walk from Cookham to Marlow along the River Thames. Outdoor pursuits are numerous in and around the village, as are golf, football, cricket and rugby clubs.

There are three primary schools and three nursery schools situated in Cookham, with a comprehensive range of private and state schooling options in the area include Sir William Borlase’s Grammar School, Beaconsfield High School, Eton, Harrow, Wycombe Abbey, Caldicot Preparatory School and some excellent schools in the Maidenhead, Marlow and Henley area.

The Coach House is a very charming pre-1900s property situated at the heart of Cookham, approximately 0.6 miles from the station and moments from the plentiful shops, pubs and cafes of Cookham village centre. From Cookham train station head East through the village and towards the high street, continue through The Pound and beyond the Moor and along the high street and shortly after The Kings Arms public house turn right where the property can be found tucked away behind the high street.
