Description

Montenegro’s highest resort is located in the northern part of Bjelasica mountain range, on a surface of 270.000 m2.

Ski Resort Kolasin 1600 will include 10 facilities with a total of 951 units, as well as 28 chalets, and will be realized through four phases. Once developed, the resort will consist of two different settlement zones with high-class hotels and apartments and a zone of private exclusive chalets in between.

All the units within the hotel settlement will be serviced by the hotels, offering a wide spectrum of amenities and year-round activities.

The most interesting fact about the resort is its premium location - at 1600 m above sea level, on a ski slope, which is a rarity in itself. Guests will have the opportunity to access the ski slopes and join other skiers or just enjoy the view from their balconies.

The newest addition to the K16 resort is a fusion of traditional materials and cutting-edge design, the Thyme building, which will consist of 98 apartments for sale, an exclusive restaurant and a wellness area.

The building is included in the List of Development Projects for the Economic Citizenship Program.
