The vacation home, which was renovated in 2021, offers 124 m² of space for up to six people. On the first floor you will find the cozy living area, the fully equipped kitchen and access to the garden with terrace and furniture, where you can enjoy the salty Sylt air. During the summer months, a beach chair is available on the terrace. The living area invites you with a cozy sofa and armchair to sociable game evenings or exciting movie fun on the flat TV. Relax in the rocking chair next to the closed design fireplace or start the day relaxed with a delicious breakfast with family and friends at the modern dining table. Fancy dinners for your loved ones are also possible thanks to the ultra-modern kitchen equipped with an induction stove, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso and filter coffee machine, as well as a second refrigerator and a wine rack. Here are Italian design with glass fronts combined with branded appliances from Miele.

The master bedroom with comfortable box-spring bed, ample closet space for your wardrobe, flat screen TV and retreat for your personal home office is located on the upper floor as well as the modern bathroom with towel rail radiator, underfloor heating and all-glass shower enclosure.
Two additional beds are available in the cozy attic.

In the basement, another bedroom awaits you with a comfortable box-spring bed for two people and a flat screen TV, as well as a second bathroom also with towel rail radiator, underfloor heating and all-glass shower partition.

From probably autumn 2022 you can additionally relax in your own sauna and leave the stress of everyday life behind.

Throughout the house there are high-quality wooden floors, the kitchen and the entrance area are provided with natural stone and underfloor heating for cozy warmth. Of course, your vacation home is equipped with a washing machine and dryer. You can park your car comfortably directly in front of the vacation home on your own parking space. If you wish, you can charge your electric car at our own charging station for a fee of € 20 per stay.

Enjoy a walk through the directly adjacent Keitum meadows to the Wadden Sea or extensive rides on the beach. Two horse farms (Grün- and Carolinenhof) are in the immediate vicinity. Or treat yourself to a round of golf at Sylt's most exclusive golf course, the 18-hole GC Morsum, a course that has only recently been opened to the public.
