The property is built in the traditional Mykonian style with thick rock support walls along with high wooden beam ceilings. Esmée was fully renovated in in 2018. Its all white areas boast a seamless fusion of boho chic design, mixed with authentic old elements and is fitted with new sound proof double glazed windows blocking out any noise from the town. Some furniture and appliances of the original house dating back to 1850, have been refurbished and placed in the villa.

The property can accommodate up to 11 people in its 4 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with double bed, 1 bedroom with two single beds, 1 bedroom with double bed and a single bed, 2 folding beds) while guests can use the swimming pool of a partner hotel just 250 meters away.
