Description
Leaving the main road you take a secondary road with little traffic and arrive at the 330 sqm villa with its own private entrance. The atmosphere is very welcoming, we are immersed in the sweet Tuscan countryside surrounded by green hills planted with olive trees and vines. Going down a few steps you arrive in the large outdoor courtyard overlooking the villa and the large porch access to the living area. The ground floor can be accessed through two separate and independent entrances, one side entrance from the garden and one front entrance towards the swimming pool characterised by a large window that gives light to the dining room and living room. On the ground floor you can appreciate the living room with a large old stone fireplace, the dining room and the kitchen equipped to accommodate a large family and finally quests’ bathroom. Two large rooms used as a technical room and laundry room and complete the entrance floor. Going up an internal staircase we reach the first floor where we are greeted by a voluminous loft equipped as a study and library with a bathroom, a large double bedroom with private bathroom and dressing room as well as two single bedrooms with their own bathroom.
