St Davids is the smallest city in Britain and is the birthplace of St David, located on the very tip of southwest Wales in the famous Pembrokeshire Coast National Park. The coastal park is rich with stunning coastal walks and sandy beaches that are close at hand including Whitesands Bay, Caerfai Beach, Porthclais Harbour, St Justinians and Ramsay island.

Within close proximity of the property is the stunning 12th century St Davids Cathedral and medieval ruins of St Davids Bishop's Palace. Excellent restaurants, tea-rooms, cafes, pubs, art galleries and high street name and independent shops are all nearby offering a multitude of places to eat, drink and shop.

Ty Nancy is a handsome character grade II listed cottage set in the heart of the historic cathedral 'city' of St Davids in the famous Pembrokeshire Coast National Park. According to its listing:

Accommodation Ground Floor
The main entrance is located on the left hand side of the property as you face the cottage with the door opening into the large dining room with beamed ceiling. This room leads through to the even larger sitting room, again with beamed ceiling. Both rooms enjoy views out to the front of the cottage. At the rear of the property is the light kitchen breakfast room. Featuring fitted kitchen units, space for appliances and a walk-in pantry. Adjacent to the kitchen is a useful utility room with cloakroom off. A door leads off the utility room to the large garage that runs the depth of the cottage.

First Floor
Stairs rise up from the kitchen breakfast room to the first floor accommodation that include three bedrooms (two with wash basins) that overlook the front of the cottage. These share the use of a bathroom with bath and shower over.

Externally
The cottage enjoys valuable off road parking in front of the large garage. Mature shrubs and bushes line the front of the property while at the rear is low maintenance enclosed garden, again with mature bushes, shrubs and flower borders.
