No smoking or vaping allowed inside the apartment or on balcony. No smoking or cultivating marijuana inside the apartment or on the balcony. Pets are not permitted. No sub-lease permitted unless permitted by the leasor. Short term lease or Airbnb are not permitted. The tenant is responsible for any damage done to the apartment and accessories. Storage space and parking are the tenant's responsibility to inquire about with the building administration. If applicable, any fees are the tenant's responsibility.
