Rental Obligations of Lessee

A). The approval of the lessee shall be to the satisfaction of the Lessor, after undergoing a comprehensive credit check, previous landlord references, and proof of employment.

B). Tenant liability insurance for a minimum of 2 million dollars coverage required, proof to be provided at lease signing & before occupancy.

C). NO SMOKING of any kind (tobacco/cannabis or other) permitted in the property, no growing of any marijuana plants or illegal substances.

D). Pets allowed on approval of lessors.

E). No short term rentals of any kind (inc. Airbnb)

F). No painting permitted without the Lessor's prior consent

G). Should the property ever be listed for sale the lessee shall agree to let the real estate broker show the property for sale with a minimum of 48hr notice.
