Herriard is an attractive rural village surrounded by some of Hampshire's finest farmland and woodland. It lies to the south of Basingstoke with Junction 6 of the M3 being 6 miles away and only 30 miles to the M25. Basingstoke mainline station has a regular train service to London Waterloo (45 minutes).

Herriard is within easy access of Odiham and Alresford which are wonderful Georgian towns with high-end independent traders, whereas Basingstoke is great for High Street shops and the cinema. Surrounded by fields and countryside, Herriard is a wonderful starting point for country walks and days out to surrounding villages, gastropubs and vineyards.
The village hall and recreation ground are well used by all
generations including Little Meadows Nursery School while the pub, a classic village hub, is within a short distance of the property. There are lots of clubs including gardening, cricket and tennis with new courts at the recreation centre.

Catchment schools are St Mary's Bentworth Primary School and Amery Hill School. Independent schools include Danes Hill, Cheam, St Neots, Alton Convent, St Swithun's and Lord Wandsworth College.
