The Paragon development received the Civic Society Lady Radnor Conservation Award for Most Outstanding Project in 2014. 3 The Paragon is believed to date from 1850, constructed of brick under a slate roof. This most attractive and beautifully decorated semi-detached period house was the subject of a restoration and renovation programme in 2012, turning what was almost a derelict property into a fine family house.
