Among georgeous peaks, one experiences life at its true destiny. Like winter, like summer, weather here, isn´t just bright, or dark, warm, or cold...here a summer still feels like a summer: hot days high up over the clouds, including crystal clear mountain ponds, colorful blossoms, marmots and birds of prey. Barefooted over deep green and soft moss, with your mountainbike into savage trails, some bacon and a sip of world famous "Schnaps" inside your rucksack - climbing up the peaks around....- summer here in Grossarl is a very enchanting time !
But winter also - here upon middle hight - is to be discovered in its most awesome appearance: snow safe, radiant in white light and for all winter lovers a pure enjoyment. The village itself mirrors "little Austria". Kind, nature embraced people, a kitchen coming from old cooking books from our grannys - hearty and healthy, milk, buter, cheese, bacon - everything without a meddleman and...though Grossarl arrived in 21st century yet. ARULA MAIORI is best proof ! The house at the banks of the little river is currently used commercially as a holiday home and was just awarded one of the most beautiful homes worldwide - a perfect home on 4 floors:
Basement with wellness, wine, relaxation area and technique.
First floor with 3 sleepingrooms, bath ensuite.
Second floor is for bringing the family together, including a big table, a super kitchen and panoramic windows.
Above the second floor, they mounted a galery for enjoying books, folms and kisses !
ARULA MAIORI is offered completely funished and is remute controlled - so no problem to leave it alone for a while ! Beside the house there are 3 private parking lots. The floors are always warm and as soon spring is joining the Alps - the fine outdoor pool will be open !
