In Nocera Superiore stands this historic property, built in the late 18th century according to the style of the Vesuvian villas of the "Golden Mile'.
This elegant residence retains its ancient splendor in the internal structure and furnishings, and even includes some remarkable historical finds.
Another exceptional feature of this Villa is the English garden, located behind the property, created by the students of Graefer - the architect of the English garden of Caserta - in which there are centuries-old trees, small lanes, flower beds, groves, gazebos and seats covered with ancient majolica leading up to the Coffee house at the bottom of the garden.
After passing the massive wooden gates, we find the covered entrance hall that leads on the right to inside the main building and, in front, to the large courtyard that hosts the property's old stables and cellars.
The villa is spread over two main levels: the first houses the representation area - an enfilade of rooms and halls embellished with fireplaces, floors covered with ancient majolica, frescoes on the vaulted ceilings and coeval furnishings. At the center of the noble floor there's the magnificent red hall, embellished with a striking bronze chandelier. This floor culminates in the majestic dining room overlooking the internal courtyard.
The internal staircase leads to the upper floor with the family chapel, the bedrooms and the bathrooms. A second staircase connects this area both to the attic and to the lower floor's large kitchen and the adjoining staff rooms.
The Villa also encloses another wing, which can be accessed from the hall at the entrance of the building, where we find a large study and other multifunctional rooms.
The villa is located in a strategic position for archaeological and tourist itineraries of exceptional importance through the nearby motorway (Naples km 34, Pompeii km 12, Vietri sul Mare km 12, Amalfi km 32, Salerno km 15, Paestum km 62 etc).
