Location

Felanitx is a very traditional Mallorcan town. Founded in the 13th century, it is famous for the production of ceramics, wine and cognac, products that have become quite well known over the years, even abroad. The medieval Gothic monastery of Sant Salvador stands on a mighty mountain near the village; it seems to be protecting Felantix and its inhabitants. A visit to San Salvador is rewarded with breathtaking panoramic views. Felanitx is also the birthplace of painter Miquel Barceló, a world-famous contemporary artist who has exhibited his work in most of the world's most important art galleries.

Cas Concos is home to a carefully restored townhouse with hotel license converted into a beautiful boutique hotel with 6 rooms, which can easily be converted back into a spacious townhouse.

It is a refuge of peace and is idyllically located in the south-east of Mallorca in the artists’ village Cas Concos. There is a Mediterranean garden and a large pool. The individually designed rooms, some with furniture made from recycled roof beams, offer a charming ambience. The upper floor has a cosy main suite with its own roof terrace. Adjacent stables offer expansion potential for additional rooms or bedrooms. The established organic boutique hotel can be extended by three more rooms, and there is scope for creative ideas and individual design. Urban living with a large garden in the middle of Cas Concos is also conceivable.
